ClipVault
Save it once. Find it again.
Product, brand, and build for ClipVault — a clip library that lives in your keyboard, so the thing you saved is there the moment someone asks for it.

Overview
ClipVault holds the things people send over and over: an address, a booking reference, a link, a PDF, a GIF. It sorts them without being asked and brings them back through its own keyboard, so a saved clip can be dropped into any message in any app. It is neither a notes app nor a file manager, and it was designed for a Shipaton.

The challenge
Clever search is no longer a reason to pick a clipboard app; everyone has it. What people still lack is speed at the two ends: getting something in without thinking, and getting it back out without leaving the conversation. The whole product had to be built around those two moments.
Our approach
One loop runs through everything: save, understand, find, reuse. The look is soft and tactile, lilac on warm paper, so a utility that sits under your thumbs all day feels friendly instead of technical. Privacy is a visible control, not a policy page.
- 01A custom keyboard that searches your library and inserts a clip in one tap
- 02Save from anywhere through the share sheet, or straight from the keyboard
- 03Automatic organising, on the device first, with offline rules as a fallback
- 04A Private flag that keeps a clip out of any AI processing
- 05Saved locally first, so the library is there with no signal

The outcome
A native app with a keyboard, a share extension, and a library that works offline, heading for the App Store. The test we designed against is simple: someone asks for the hotel details, and you answer without leaving the chat.
