How to write your first real post

1. Run npm run dev and visit http://localhost:3000/keystatic.
2. Create a new entry in the posts collection.
3. Save the file, then git add content/posts/ && git commit && git push.
4. Vercel rebuilds and deploys — your post is live.

Why we're starting a blog

Most of what happens at Glob Studio never makes it into a case study — the direction that got scrapped, the motion detail that took four tries, the reason a brand system ended up looking nothing like the first moodboard.

This blog is where those go.

A few things we plan to write about:

• How we take a brief from vague to a real direction
• Brand systems that hold up in motion, not just on a static grid
• Behind-the-scenes on shipping product design work fast without it feeling rushed
• The tools and process that actually make it into our day-to-day

Globs by nature are forever in flux — this blog is the same. Expect the unexpected.
